PhD Project Opportunities in Active Matter and Biophysics
We currently have project opportunities in active matter and biophysics, with a focus on theoretical and computational approaches to active and soft matter systems. If you are an in-house PhD student who has recently joined IISER Mohali and are interested in active matter, biophysics, or related areas, please feel free to stop by and discuss potential research projects. Students with backgrounds in physics, applied mathematics, or engineering, and an interest in theoretical or computational research, are especially encouraged to get in touch.
Skills that may be useful: Statistical physics, classical mechanics, numerical methods, C/C++, Python, Linux.
MS Thesis
We regularly host MS thesis students from IISER Mohali. Work involves computational modeling, simulation techniques, and theoretical analysis of biological and soft matter systems.
